The first TV Difusora logo was produced by the station's scenographer and artistic designer, Genes Soares. It was based on the design of a radio microphone, which was used at the time by its sister station, Rádio Difusora (currently Difusora News FM), which had in the space below the letters "RD" a square with rounded edges simulating a television screen, which differentiated it from the original logo. This logo was used during the first three decades of TV Difusora's existence, when it belonged to the Bacelar family, and from 1987, to the textile businessman William Nagem.

This secondary logo was used in slides of technical difficulties and sound vignettes that TV Difusora showed in its programming during the 1960s and 1970s, when it was discontinued in favor of the microphone logo. The image above shows him on the facade of the station's studios, built in the 1970s.

In 1991, TV Difusora was acquired by businessman Edison Lobão Filho, son of the elected governor of Maranhão Edison Lobão. After this change, which occurred at the same time that the station switched affiliations with TV Mirante, leaving TV Globo for SBT, a new three-dimensional logo was adopted, with an ellipse in the shape of a TV screen. This screen had 6 trapezoids, positioned so that their edges touched in the center, forming a square, which contained a spectrum in the colors of a rainbow. This logo, which was initially gray, had a blue color variation used from 1997, when TV Difusora adopted satellite transmission for its retransmitters in the interior of the state of Maranhão.

On its 49th anniversary, TV Difusora unveiled a new logo, created following the start of the station's high-definition broadcasts on September 8, 2012, and in view of its 50th anniversary the following year. The new concept used only the trapezoids that were in the previous logo, each with six different colors, forming a negative rectangle in the center, in reference to the 16:9 screen resolution that replaced the 4:3 represented by the previous square.

In 2020, TV Difusora was acquired by lawyer Willer Tomaz de Souza, who managed the station and its sister Difusora FM, through a lease in partnership with politician Weverton Rocha since 2016. In the year following this acquisition, the station redid its graphic design, adopting a restyled and modern version of the previous logo. The six trapezoids were replaced by two polygons where the edges of the upper right and lower left corners were rounded, but preserving the rectilinear cones in the upper left and lower right corners, where the two shapes met each other, separated by two negative lines. , which completed the contours of the rectangle in the center of the image. The solid colors of the previous logo were replaced with gradient tones from red to burgundy at the top and from blue to green and yellow at the bottom.
