TV Excelsior was a Brazilian television network founded by Mario Wallace Simonsen on July 9, 1960. Its last broadcast happened on September 30, 1970, when the Brazillian Military Dictatorship put an abrupt end to it. In March 15, 1975, TV Excelsior is replaced by TV Educativa, And replaced again in December 2, 2007, by TV Brasil. TV Excelsior São Paulo replaced by TV Manchete São Paulo in June 5, 1983 before RedeTV! São Paulo in November 15, 1999
