After the merging and foundation of the new Globo media company, in 2020, Rede Globo was rebranded into TV Globo (or tvglobo). Their new secondary logos were introduced first - being teased from January 2021 until rolling out officially in April - before their main ones, in December.

This logo was first seen on October 29, 2020, in a commercial for the "Não Desista do Seu Futuro" (Don't give up on your future) campaign, to combat school dropout in Brazil.
