In 2004, TV Patrol relaunched as TV Patrol World to give weight to reports from Filipino communities worldwide. This was coincidental due to a new competitor. It is the first logo in the history of the newscast to incorporate the three colours of red, green, and blue, which are also used in the logo of ABS-CBN. The name "World" became related to the ABS-CBN's former English language late-night newscast The World Tonight which was transferred to ABS-CBN News Channel in 1999.

20th anniversary logo (2007–2008)
In 2007, ABS-CBN aired a documentary special for TV Patrol's 20th anniversary entitled TV Patrol: 20 Taon ng Pagpapatrol.
On June 28th, 2010, TV Patrol World reverted to its original title with a new logo and studio setup that will accommodate augmented reality technology since the Halalan 2010 coverage.

In 2016, alongside Bandila, it refreshed its identity. On May 7, 2020, TV Patrol moved to the ABS-CBN News Channel due to NTC's cease-and-desist order on ABS-CBN, thus ending its main ABS-CBN terrestrial channel tenure. However, on July 27, 2020, it was moved to main ABS-CBN channel's replacement Kapamilya Channel, along with ANC's The World Tonight.

In 2022, TV Patrol was relaunched with a new logo, opening billboard and on-air graphics, to coincide with its first broadcast on A2Z and for the newscast's 35th anniversary. This is the first logo change since the ABS-CBN shutdown.
