Tata Docomo was an Indian mobile network operator and Internet service provider originally launched as a joint venture between Tata Group and NTT. NTT exited the joint venture in 2014.
The company was acquired by Bharti Airtel in 2018. Unlike in the case of Telenor India, which was shut down immediately upon acquisition by Airtel, the Tata Docomo brand was retained for some time until July 2019.
2008–2019[]
On July 1, 2019, Tata Docomo is running as a part of Bharti Airtel.
