Telekom Romania Mobile Communications is the least subscribed mobile service from Romania, after Digi Mobil. It is owned by Deutsche Telekom, but is pending acquisition from Clever Group.

On December 6, 2005, a Romanian division of Cosmote had replaced Cosmorom.[1]
Telekom Romania Mobile Communications
2014–2022
On September 12, 2014, Cosmote, alongside Romtelecom, were merged to form Telekom Romania. Cosmote, respectively, became Telekom Romania Mobile Communications
2022–present
On March 28, 2022, Telekom Romania was bought by Orange Romania. However, the mobile division still exists, now owned directly by Deutsche Telekom. The mobile division would get an updated logo around the same time. The former Cosmote assets have been given completely to OTE.
Clever Group announced an acquisition of 100% of Telekom on November 21, 2023.[2]
