Telesistema Boliviano, with its main station being channel 2 in La Paz, was one of the first private television networks in Bolivia. In 1995, following Teleoriente (Unitel Santa Cruz) withdrawal from ATB, the network joined the CDT network (Corporación Descentralizada de Televisoras). Due to later shifts, TSB was dissolved with the creation of Bolivisión and Unitel. The La Paz and Oruro stations were bought by Unitel, while most of the remaining stations, including Galavisión Canal 4 (Santa Cruz, TSB affiliate) joined Bolivisión with the dissolution of CDT. Its affiliate in Cochabamba (Canal 2 Cochabamba Corazón de América) became independent as Unitel bought channel 13.
