This article is about the Chilean newscast broadcast on Canal 13 Chile and named Telenoche for most of its existence. It is not to be confused with the homonym newscast from Argentine Canal 13 For the Uruguayan newscast broadcast by Canal 4, see Telenoche (Uruguay).
Teletrece Noche is the midnight version of the Chilean newscast Teletrece, broadcast by Canal 13.
Telenoche (first era)[]
1969-1972[]
LOGO MISSING
Teletrece Noche was initially born as Telenoche, following the naming scheme back then of putting a word referring to the schedule (in this case, Noche) and the prefix "tele-". However, the old Telenoche was broadcast at the early prime time schedule (more precisely, at 19:45/7:45 P.M.) and not during the midnight schedule. Back then, Telenoche had a focus on citizen-related news and was made in a special studio, which simulated a living room[1].
For the midnight edition, the name chosen was Telecierre (using the naming scheme, the word chosen was Cierre). It was broadcast at 23:30/11:30 P.M. and ended in 1974.

In December 2019, T13 Noche was cancelled. Canal 13 stated that, because of the 2019 social crisis of Chile, they wanted to promote other, more accessible schedules (mostly the afternoon)[2]. However, on January 2021, through commercial breaks, it was announced that T13 Noche would officially return to Canal 13's official schedules. The program was finally relaunched on February 1st 2021, at midnight (after broadcasting the 2020 TV series Rubí) and is broadcast Mondays-Thursdays (T13 Noche is NOT broadcast on Fridays, as its time schedule is taken by the movie block Grandes Eventos). During the new 2021 phase, this logo was short-lived, with the logo changed at the end of the month.

Despite this logo being officially used since 2 May 2022, it technically made its debut the following day (as it's broadcast 35 minutes after midnight in the Monday-Thursday schedules). This logo follows the 2022 Teletrece logo pattern, with the word "Noche" being written in sentence case.
Notes 1Simulcast of T13 en vivo for the Chilean digital TV, inactive since 2022. 2Radio station operated by RDF Media. 3Special 1-hour section in Teletrece made due to the 2022 Chilean Constitutional Plebiscite. 4Transferred in 1970 to Televisión Nacional de Chile. 5Predecessor of Teletrece Noche, broadcast in 1974. Not to be confused with Televisión Nacional de Chile's current newscast.
