Telewizja Polsat is a Polish commercial television broadcaster that was the first to break the monopoly of the state-owned public broadcaster Telewizja Polska in 1993. It is one of the two main commercial TV broadcasters in Poland, the other being TVN Grupa Discovery.
Telewizja Polsat is owned by the media and telecommunications conglomerate Grupa Polsat Plus (formerly Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. until 2021), which acquired it in 2010.
Telewizja Polsat introduced a new logo on 10 June 2021 along with Plus and the newly rebranded parent company, Grupa Polsat Plus. However, the Polsat TV channels and most other properties implemented the new logo scheme only from 30 August.
