In April 1993, Pearson Television purchased Thames.
1997–2001[]
In August 2001, the byline was updated to ''A FremantleMedia Company'' after Pearson Television was renamed to FremantleMedia. It was only used for a short time, however.

2003–2006[]
In February 2003, FremantleMedia merged Talkback with Thames, forming talkbackTHAMES. Both companies retained separate identities however until January 2006.
2012–2018[]

In January 2012, FremantleMedia split Talkback Thames into four companies, Talkback for comedy, Thames for entertainment, Boundless for factual and Retort for scripted comedy and indies.
2018–present[]

In 2018, FremantleMedia UK rebranded to simply Fremantle UK and the Thames brand celebrated it's 50th Anniversary. A rebranding of the production divisions soon followed with Thames receiving a logo inspired by both the River Waves logo from 2001 and the Rising Buildings logo from 1968 respectively.
