With a new look in 2015, the main station was joined by 12 regional subfeeds which air commercials and news bulletins tailored to each region.
From 1 September 2017, the local City 3 branding of the stations on DAB was withdrawn, in favour of reverting to using The Hits name in all areas.
From 1st June 2018, The Hits Radio ceased broadcasting in replacement for the new Hits Radio brand replacing Key 103.
