2002 (pre-launch)[]

In January 2002, the first logo for Noggin's new block The N was revealed in a trademark filing. It had a round "Noggin" button on the bottom, which was later phased out.

2002–2007[]

The N premiered on Noggin on April 1, 2002, with a hand-shaped logo.

On October 5, 2007, the block introduced a new logo with atom shapes. On December 31, the block was moved from Noggin to a new channel, which carried TEENick programming throughout the day and relegated The N's content to a block at night. The N's branding was slowly phased out, and the entire channel was replaced by TeenNick in 2009.
