In the beginning of July 2011, the Wendy's/Arby's Company sold Arby's to Roark Capital Group. The group then was renamed to "The Wendy's Company."
2014–present
A new corporate logo replaced the one introduced in 2011 (that was based from the longest-running restaurant brand logo that was used since 1983) with the one based on the new restaurant brand logo debuted on February 25, 2013.
