1983[]

This logo was used in a 1983 promotional flyer.

1984-1985[]

This logo was used in They Might Be Giants' 1984 promotional demo tape, and their 1985 flexi-disc EP Wiggle Diskette.

1985[]

These logos were short-lived and used sporadically throughout 1985.

This logo was used in their third 1985 promotional demo tape, and in a Dial-A-Song ad.

This logo was used in their fifth 1985 promotional demo tape, and in another Dial-A-Song ad on March 1985.

This logo was only used in their tenth 1985 promotional demo tape.

This logo is used in some of their 1985 promotional demo tapes, and most notably, their 1985 cassette-only release. The cassettes were given out by John Flansburgh and John Linnell during concerts around the time. The cassette-only album that earned them a record deal with Bar/None Records is referred to by fans as the 1985 Demo Tape. This logo also appeared in an ad promoting their Dial-A-Song service on August 1985.

First appeared in a They Might Be Giants flyer in 1985, this logo was notably used in their self-titled 1986 debut album They Might Be Giants. This album is most commonly referred to as the Pink Album.

1988-1989[]

This logo is used in some releases of their 2nd studio album Lincoln released in 1988, including the original release.

1990-1992[]

This logo is used for their 3rd studio album Flood released in 1990. The text is located in the center of the album's emblem.

1992-1994[]

This logo is used for their 4th studio album Apollo 18 released in 1992.

1994-1996[]

This logo is used for their 5th studio album John Henry released in 1994.

This logo is used for their 6th studio album Factory Showroom released in 1996.

2001-2002[]

This logo is used for their 8th studio album Mink Car released in 2001. The logo used in the original 2001 release had the number "718-387-6962" (originally used for their Dial-A-Song service until 2006) broken up into three parts, while the 2021 re-release had "844-387-6962" (the current Dial-A-Song number from 2014 onwards).

2004-2005[]

This logo is used for their 10th studio album The Spine released in 2004.

2005-2006[]

This logo is used for their 11th studio album and second children's album Here Come The ABCs released in 2005.

2004-[]

This logo was used concurrently with the other logos used starting with their compilation album Venue Songs in 2004.

2007-2023[]

This logo was used in a promotional pre-release ad for The Else in 2007, and then used in their compilation album Cast Your Pod To The Wind. A variation of this logo was used in their website until 2023.

This logo is used for their 3rd children's album and 13th studio album Here Come the 123s released in 2008.

This logo is used for their 4th children's album and 14th studio album Here Comes Science released in 2009. The font is the same as the previous album but is rearranged.
