Thomas Cook Group was formed after the merger of Thomas Cook AG and MyTravel Group plc in 2007.
2013–2019
In September 2019, Thomas Cook Group were facing Money Trouble, on 22 September 2019, they entered Rescue Talks in an attempt to save the company from closure. At 04:00am on 23 September 2019, it was announced that Thomas Cook Group were to enter liquidation and ceased operations immediatly. After 178 Years of great service, Thomas Cook Group closed.
