You should focus more on facts than on emotions when filling out a user report. Yes, I get it, sockpuppetry frustrates us all. It has been a problem ever since I've been here. The description field is for why you think the account should be blocked. Simply saying who the sockpuppeteer is gives us a better idea than begging us to block an account with no reason given. If people don't give a reason, we have to ask why (particularly if it's not an obvious case). If you give a reason, you can save us that extra step.
