On August 1, 2011, ThrillerMax debuted a new logo modeled after the new logo scheme incorporated on the other Cinemax channels starting on that date.

In July 2016, a new version of the 2011 logo in black and white was introduced.

On June 11, 2025, Charter Spectrum announced in a programming notice that ThrillerMax would cease programming on August 15, 2025.^[1]^[2]
