1992-1996[]
The Blue Jays subtly altered their logo in 1992. The spacing of the 'Blue Jays' lettering was changed, some letters were compressed slightly (ex. the 'J' and 'A'), and the 'Y' and 'S' were completely redrawn.
This logo was introduced as cap insignia for the team with the 1996 update and appeared on some merchandise. In 2000, it became the team's primary identifier.
