In 2004, Toshiba introduced the Qosmio brand of high performance laptops. It was originally a high-end multimedia focused laptops until it was shifted into a high-end gaming focused laptop.
In 2014, the Toshiba Qosmio brand was discontinued to focus more on its business oriented PC line.
