The company was established on August 21, 1998, as a joint venture between Toshiba, Warner Bros., and Nippon Television, but the logo was not used until the release of “Sakuya: The Tale of a Demon” on August 12, 2000.
This company ultimately went bankrupt on September 30, 2004, due to the failure of the movie “Cutie Honey”.

Following bankruptcy, the business and copyrights were transferred to Warner Bros. Japan, which will continue to handle Japanese films.
