Trans Corp was established in 2006 as a holding company of two of Indonesia's national television channels: Trans TV and newly-acquired Trans7 (formerly TV7). It later began to expand its business into three core segments: Media, Lifestyle, and Entertainment.

This wordmark was launched on December 15, 2010 replacing old sans serif text-only logo. It was later used for several subsidiaries such as Trans TV and Trans7 on December 15, 2013.
