Raider
1967–1991, 19??–2000 (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden & Turkey)
The Raider bar was first introduced in 1967 in the UK, then to the rest of Europe. It was introduced in West Germany and Austria in 1976, and in the United States in 1979 as "Twix".
The name has been intermittently revived for advertising campaigns (in 2009, 2013, 2015 and 2019).
Twix
1991–1996
In 1991, the Raider name was phased out in favour of the worldwide "Twix" name instead. This change was not made until 2000 in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Turkey (see below).
