UEFA Cup
1997-2004
The intro of the original UEFA CUP was also used in the UEFA Cup Intros from 1998 to 2004 Finals. The first UEFA CUP logo was used for the first time during the 1998 UEFA Cup Final between SS Lazio and Internazionale FC.
2004-2009
In 2004, the logo gave a major change. The UEFA Cup was been introduced and its used since 2004 (Also in the UEFA Europa League) the UEFA logo became bigger and the UEFA CUP words has been shortened to CUP and changed colour to green.
UEFA Europa League
2009-2012
In 2009, UEFA Cup was renamed as UEFA Europa League and the logo was been modified, the logo consits with a yellow circle with red curves forming the cup, and the words "Europa League" in the bottom. At the same time, the UEFA Intertoto Cup was been defunct due to the formation with the UEFA Cup. The logo was retired in 2012 after the introduction of the 2012 UEFA logo.
2012-2015
In 2012, the logo was revamped, adding more 3D effects as well as some other minor modifications, including the updated UEFA logo.
2015-present
In 2015, Red Bee Media designed a new logo for the UEFA Europa League. The words are in a different font and the cup was redrawn more differently to resemble the original UEFA Cup. The logo's first appearance was on 22 June 2015 at the draw of the 2015-2016 season.
