1980–1996
USA Network launched on April 9, 1980. This logo has a red "USA" with a blue "NETWORK" below. A one-color version was used as well.
1996–1999
A new look for the USA Network was introduced in June 1996. A blue star was added into the logo and a new typeface was introduced.
1999–2003
2003–2005
This less complicated logo only has five red stripes, instead of seven, as well as a different typeface. This logo was introduced in 2003, and was the shortest-lived, being used for only two years.
2005–present
In 2005, the USA network was rebranded with a completely new logo and the new tagline "Characters Welcome". The rebrand was unveiled on June 20 and launched onto screens on July 8 for the season premiere of Monk. In April 2016, USA Network dropped the "Characters Welcome" tagline, replacing it with "We the Bold", and has since downplayed its on air usage of "Network".
