United Group B.V. is a Serbian telecommunications and media conglomerate headquartered in Amsterdam. It operates in the Balkan countries, specifically Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Bulgaria, providing mobile, broadband, and cable TV services, as well as operating a group of TV channels (especially using the Nova brand). It was acquired by BC Partners in 2019.
