In April 2015, Universal Music Group announced the dissolution of their distribution arm to provide new "overcoming ethics in order to create even stronger ties between our centralized" brand of labels.[1]
Shortly thereafter, the faction was corporately replaced with a new entity, accompanied by a logo with the "Commercial Services" byline.
