On October 23, 2023, the owners of the V3rmillion website announced plans to shut down operations, delete all user data, and sell the domain. The website was to remain operational until a buyer was found. This announcement occurred less than one week before Synapse Softworks announced the discontinuation of Synapse X, the most well-known Roblox exploiting software.
On November 13, 2023, a buyer for the domain was found. On November 19, the forum was reset and the domain began redirecting to a replacement website continuing to use the V3rmillion branding.
