VAP Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社バップ) is a Japanese home video and record label entertainment company, founded on January 24, 1981 by the Japanese television broadcaster Nippon Television (NTV). It is best known for distributing NTV's films and programs for home entertainment. VAP is also an acronym of Video Audio Project.

VAP Inc. is currently a direct subsidiary of Nippon Television Holdings, and its main competitor is Fuji Media Holdings' Pony Canyon.
