VH1 (India)

VH1 was Viacom18’s English music channel and one of the oldest such TV channels in India. It was launched on 1 January 2005. It had always used the 2003 logo of VH1 (though with different colour combinations throughout its history), and it never adopted the 2013 international logo.

Since the shutdown of 9XO in 2020 and the discontinuation of Nat Geo Music in India, VH1 was the only English-language music channel in India. After Denmark feed shutdown in April 2024, The India feed was the last remaining non-US feed until it shut down on March 15, 2025.

VH1 India changed the colors of its previous logo rather than adopting the international VH1 logo. This was also used as the HD logo for its first year in 2016.

2017–2025 (VH1 HD)[]

Exclusive to the HD feed, the word HD was added on 5 August 2017.
