Vale a Pena Ver de Novo is a programming block of the Brazilian network TV Globo, dedicated to rebroadcasting telenovelas. Initially, the name was used by competitors TV Excelsior and TV Tupi. Starting on 8 March 1976, TV Globo used it on a then-sporadic block where various reports from Jornal Hoje, Jornal Nacional, Jornal Amanhã, Jornal da Globo and Fantástico were rebroadcast. In 1980, the block became permanent and was repurposed for soap operas/telenovelas, with Dona Xepa being its first novela rebroadcast.
