Viaplay Group, formerly Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT Group), is a Swedish-based media and entertainment company primarily serves OTT service, broadcasting television and radio in the Nordic market.
The company was formed as July 1, 2018, through splitting the media and entertainment business of Modern Times Group while the remainder company becoming focused on e-sports and gaming entertainment. It finally separated from MTG on March 28, 2019.

On May 19, 2022, the company changed its name to Viaplay Group to emphasize the focus on its streaming platform, Viaplay, similar to how ViacomCBS rebranded to Paramount Global to focus on Paramount+.
