In 2017, AXN Black Hungary was replaced by Sony Movie Channel, since AXN Black’s male-oriented role is served by Viasat 6 in Hungary.
Greek media company Antenna Group acquired the entire Central and Eastern European TV business of Sony Pictures Entertainment on 1 October 2021.
