Virgin Media O2 is one of the largest entertainment and telecommunications operators in the United Kingdom, created on 1 June 2021 when Virgin Media and O2 merged. It is a 50/50 joint venture between Telefonica and Liberty Global. However, the Virgin Media and O2 branding is still traded as subsidiaries.
