Vodafone Idea Limited is the largest mobile network operator in India by subscribers and the second-largest in the world, after China Mobile. It was created after the merger of the Vodafone brand in India, owned by the British Vodafone Group, and Idea Cellular, owned mostly by Aditya Birla Group with Axiata of Malaysia owning a small stake.
Idea and Vodafone merged on 31 August 2018, but both consumer brands will be retained. As such, there is no proper corporate logo, but only a wordmark set in Vodafone’s corporate typeface.
The below logo, with the logos of both consumer brands, is also in use as a corporate logo.
