In August 1995, after WGBA-TV (channel 26) affiliated with NBC following WLUK-TV (channel 11)'s switch from NBC to Fox, WACY acquired most of WGBA's children's programs and decided to adopt an all-day children's programming format under the branding "Wacky 32"; this format lasted until 1999.
