On August 31, 2022, Gray announced that WGCL and WPCH's news programs would take on the umbrella brand of Atlanta News First, with WGCL-TV additionally changing its call sign to WANF, in October. The rebrand actually debuted on September 30, 2022 during the noon newscast, three days before the call letter change took effect on October 3rd.
