On June 26, 2005, Radio One moved the Old School format from 102.7 to the 105.9 frequency. The station also adopted the WDMK call letters and the Kiss-FM branding, as the "Kiss" format has been updated to Urban Adult Contemporary. The Mainstream Urban/hip-hop format heard on 105.9 has been moved to the 102.7 frequency, which then branded as Hot 102.7 and adopted the WHTD call letters. (The station took on the Urban Gospel format along with the Praise 102.7 branding and the WPZR call sign on October 31, 2011 and is now Christian-formatted WDKL affiliated with the K-LOVE service as of August 9, 2018.)
