On December 30, 2024, Salem Media Group sold WFHM-FM and 6 other stations to the Educational Media Foundation for $80,000,000. On February 1, 2025, WFHM-FM exchanged callsigns with WKLV-FM in Butler, Alabama, and started broadcasting the K-LOVE radio network.
