1995–1996
WRAZ signed on September 7, 1995, as an affiliate of The WB, replacing WNCN, which joined NBC that same day.
1996–1998
1998–2000
In 1998, due to a dispute between the owners of WLFL and Fox, WRAZ took over Fox in an affiliation swap with WLFL. In 2000, Capitol Broadcasting Company, which owns WRAL-TV and ran WRAZ since its launch under a local marketing agreement, purchased WRAZ.
