1961–1969[]
In July 1961, WHEN-TV swapped the channel number with WROC-TV in Rochester, in order to provide more VHF channels in Upstate New York by the FCC. The station introduced as the "5" logo in 1961 that incorporated the CBS eye within it, and sister station KCMO-TV (now KCTV) also used this logo from 1964-1970, most of the time without the iris.
1969–1972[]

WTVH[]
In 1976, the company sold WHEN radio to Park Communications but retained WHEN-TV. Since the radio station kept the WHEN call letters, Meredith had to change channel 5's call sign. It originally wanted the new call letters WTVF (TeleVision Five, referring to the station's on-air identity) but those had already been claimed by a station in Nashville, Tennessee. At this point, Meredith chose WTVH as the new calls with "H" being a link to its WHEN-TV heritage.
The 1972 logo was carried over and continued to be used until the Meredith Corporation sold WTVH to the Granite Broadcasting Corporation in 1993.
1976–1993[]
This logo design was also used by then-sister stations KVVU-TV in Henderson-Las Vegas, Nevada; KPHO-TV in Phoenix, Arizona; KCMO-TV (now KCTV) in Kansas City, Missouri; and WNEM-TV in Bay City-Flint-Saginaw-Midland, Michigan.
