The logo is multicolored or rainbow-colored from the show's premiere on June 22, 1997 until February 25. 2001 (as opening title card) and June 22, 1997 to March 11, 2001 (title card shown after the commercials), while gold (where a different title card is used) from February 25, 2001 to August 29, 2004 (opening title card) and March 11, 2001 to August 29, 2004 (title card after the commercials). The theme song associated with this logo is "Wansapanataym" by Michelle Ayalde.

2003

2004–2005

Logo used from September 5, 2004 to February 27, 2005. The theme song associated with this logo (alongside with the 2010–2020 logo) is "Wansapanataym" by Nyoy Volante.

2010–2020

Logo used on the show's 2010 return or revival and 2020 rerun from September 11, 2010 to May 3, 2020. This is the longest Wansapanataym logo to be used, having used for 10 years. Like with the 2004–2005 logo, the theme song used during this logo's usage is "Wansapanataym" by Nyoy Volante.

The first season of the show's 2010 return, aired from September 11, 2010 to March 26, 2011, focused on adaptations based on "komiks", while succeeding seasons (April 2, 2011 to April 7, 2019, seasons 2–7) focus on the original format (with April 14, 2019 airing of the show is a rerun of "Selfie Pa More Sasha No More" episode originally aired on November 29, 2015). It initially aired on Saturday nights from September 11, 2010 to May 17, 2014, while the series returned to Sunday nights (similar to the show's 1997–2005 airing) from May 25, 2014 to April 7, 2019 (a rerun of "Selfie Pa More Sasha No More" episode was aired on Sunday nights, while the 2020 re-run of the show aired on Saturdays similar to the show's 2010–2014 airing).

On June 29, 2013, Wansapanataym was reformatted as a bi-monthly fantasy anthology wherein one story will be shown for a month or two except on Christmas specials.

Wansapanataym had reruns twice from April 14, 2019 to May 3, 2020 (one day before the broadcast franchise of ABS-CBN expired on May 4 that led to its signing off on May 5 of that year) after its original airing ended on April 7, 2019 which are the rerun of Selfie Pa More Sasha No More episode on April 14, 2019 and some episodes in 2020 replacing 24/7 and Home Sweetie Home.
