The Group W moniker that was used for the latter part of Westinghouse Broadcasting's existence.
In 1997, Westinghouse Broadcasting was absorbed into CBS Inc., which they merged with in 1995.
Three years later, it merged with Viacom (which was the subsidiary of the network) and bring the Viacom name until their second break-up in 2006 (the new Viacom and the original one renamed CBS Corporation), and their second merger in 2019 to form ViacomCBS.
