Worten is a Portuguese consumer electronics and entertainment company; the company has two types of stores:

• Worten Megastore (mainly located within Continente hypermarkets and shopping centers) and
• Worten Superstore (mainly located within Continente Modelo supermarkets and sometimes within Pingo Doce and Auchan supermarkets).

1996–2007

Launched:  March 12, 1996

Worten opened its first store on March 12, 1996, next to a Modelo supermarket in Chaves, Portugal.

2000–2007

In 2000, Worten renewed its logo with the spark oval being enlarged and the Megastore/Superstore subtitle being now only used on store facades. However, the 1996 logo was still being used up until 2007.

2007–2016

In October 2007, Worten changed its logo again with the orange and blue colors being replaced with red and a new font, aside from the removal of the spark oval.

2016–present

On February 4, 2016, Worten changed its logo once again to celebrate its 20th anniversary by featuring a new custom font.
