XHKW-TDT Canal 10 is an over-the-air television station owned by Grupo Marmor and it is located in Morelia, in the mexican state of Michoacán. It started broadcasting in 1964 and was Michoacán first non-experimental television station. In the early 1970's it became the local feed of Las Estrellas, making it a Televisa affiliated station, along with its sister station XHFX-TV. Televisa eventually built it's owned-and-operated station, XHURT for the same population, having both stations to broadcast El Canal de las Estrellas.
Starting in 2014, Grupo Marmor, Grupo Televisa and Mexico's Federal Telecommunications Institute discussed either to keep XHKW a Televisa affiliate or not, since now they operate their own station XHURT. At least since 2021, the station is no longer an affiliate, but the current state of XHKW-TDT and its sister station XHFX-TDT is unknown, since their signals can't be watched. Grupo Marmor still broadcasts it's radio station XHMRL 91.5 FM.
