Established in 1944, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası (Construction and Loan Bank), commonly known as Yapı Kredi, is the fourth-largest publicly owned bank in Turkey in terms of assets. It is a subsidiary of Koç Holding and was partly owned by the Italian UniCredit Group until 2017.

Yapı Kredi merged with Koçbank, another Turkish bank, in October 2006 and inherited the logo of the latter, which is also seen in the logo of the parent company, Koç Holding.
