Zee Thirai is a Tamil-language movie channel from India’s Zee network. It was launched on 19 January 2020, a week after Zee Punjabi , a month after Zee Biskope and a few weeks before Kannada movie channel Zee Picchar . Its competitors include K TV , Vijay Super , J Movie and Raj Digital Plus . In Tamil, thirai means screen .
Zee Thirai will be launching its HD version on 5.9.2021, along with the Kannada movie channel Zee Picchar . It is the second Tamil HD movie channel after KTV HD from Sun Network.
2020–present [ ] The logo colour and channel graphics are the same as those first introduced by Zee Cinema and later by Zee Cinemalu , as well as, more recently, Zee Picchar .
