Zomax was a brand of zomepirac sold by McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, from 1980 to 1983. The drug was withdrawn and discontinued in March 1983 due to its tendency to cause serious anaphylaxis in patients.
