Complete redesign to make it have a new material design. Also it helped make it look like the new OS they just released after which also had a new material design or what we used to call metro.
Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022, Zorin OS, like Zurich, replaced the "Z" icon with their wordmark on social media.[1]
